September News Current News

  • September 29th:
    • Added a new service called WackyWare to the Credits/Surveys/Games Page. Among other things, these guys are splitting 10% of profits between members. Click Here for our review.
    • Reviewed a new "pay to surf" type company called 1Navigator for the Pay By Hour Page 2.
    • Sent out the latest issue of the NewsList today (yesterday actually but we forgot to mention it.) You can read it here.
    • It's official, GoToWorld has sent the July checks. Anyone who was using the browser in July should be getting a check very soon. The CPM rate was only $2.05 but they say it will go up for August and even more for September and October.

  • September 28th:
    • GoToWorld has updated their member section and they say they have started sending out the July checks. It looks like the CPM rate will be a little low at first, however.
    • Updated the sign-up link for AdOne on the Non-English Page. It will work now.
    • The Desktop Horizon website will be down for a week or so because of problems with their ISP. They plan to be back up soon and they say their software is almost ready.

  • September 27th: Our Non-English page is now up and running with reviews of one French and two German "pay to surf" services. Click Here to take a look.

  • September 26th:
    • There are 'viewbars' and 'adbars' coming out everywhere. ePIPO, UtopiAD and Surfing2Cash all plan to have theirs available within the next week and a half. Things are starting to get moving.
    • DotAd now has member stats online so that you can check your referrals.
    • AllAdvantage has announced that they will be paying members in countries that AA is not currently paying in for the surfing time of members that they refer who are in countries that AA is currently paying in. (What do you think of that sentence?) Paying countries include the US, Canada and the UK. They'll be paying in more countries very soon.

  • September 25th: Desktop Dollars has their software, ProfitZONE ready to download. It looks like they won't start paying until they reach their 500,000 member goal. When they do start, they plan to pay members in over 100 countries. These guys are starting to look pretty good, you'll find a review on the Pay By Hour Page 2 if you want to sign up.

  • September 24th: Added a new service to the Pay By Hour Page 2. It's called ItAdsUp and it looks pretty good. Click Here to see the review.

  • September 22nd:
    • We started a "Get Paid to be Online" Club at yahoo today. It should be a good place to post/find messages about new opportunities, tell people about your website and talk about "get paid online" type services. Click Here to join.
    • GoToWorld says that they will have account balances and average monthly CPM online by September 27th.
    • Desktop Dollars says that their ProfitZONE software is done and will be available for download on the 24th. Click here to see our review on the "pay by hour" page 2.

  • September 20th:
    • Reviewed a new service called Universal Science on the Online Credits page.
    • We are working on a new section featuring non-english speaking "pay to surf" services. We've found someone to translate two new German services for us. We still need someone to translate a French service for us.

  • September 19th:
    • ExtraBuck seems to have disappeared, or at least their web site has. We'll let you know if we get a hold of them.
    • GoToWorld looks like a good service but they have done some questionable things. First, they have been canceling peoples accounts like mad for spamming. With or without evidence. Apparently they canceled one persons account who had zero referrals and hadn't even given their number to anyone. Second, they have added a $1/cpm to the payment list in the account section. If they were to actually pay people $1/cpm it would make them the worst program of them all. In order to even pay $.40/hour they'd have to be paying at $12/cpm. Last, they have yet to send out the checks they promised for mid September. The reason that we are telling you all of this is that we'd like any GTW members to click here (link to their feedback form) and let them know what you think of all this.
    • Fixed a broken sign-up link for NetBiz on the "pay to read" page.

  • September 17th: Made some minor updates to the out of date AllAdvantage, GoToWorld, ePIPO and UtopiAD pages. The free webpage offer is still there, in case you were wondering.

  • September 15th: Added two new services to the "pay to read" page: Trespass.net and NetBiz. They both look pretty good. Take a look here.

  • September 13th:
    • SendMoreInfo is currently sending out 1000s of emails a day and they are planning to have it closer to millions in a month or so. This means that this one is definitely worth joining. Click Here for more info.
    • ValuePay now has over 100,000 members in their first three weeks and they will be releasing their software to a small group of members in early October for beta testing.

  • September 12th:
    • AllAdvantage annouced today that they will be raising the payable hours from 15 to 25 for September instead of waiting until October.
    • SurfMiles should be ready in a couple of weeks.
    • This is really starting to get crazy. It's getting to the point that just about anyone can make an extra $100 a month without putting much time into it. Some people are literally already making $1000s.
    • Shipped out the News List today. If you're not a subscriber and you'd like to take a look at it, go here.

  • September 11th:
    • Spedia has their "SpediaBar" ready for download. As far as we know they will be paying people for use this month. The review is on the Pay By Hour
      Page 2
      .
    • A new service says that they will pay people for the time they spend offline. They haven't said much else yet but they do have their referral program working. You can find out more on the Online Credits/Games/Surveys Page.
    • FunPoints has announced that they are considering being the first website to make use of a new compression technology that would allow them to send high quality full motion video advertisements over the web.

  • September 9th:
    • We are reviewing two new services, PointClick and one other. Reviews will be up in a couple of days.
    • Surfing2Cash announced today that they will be releasing their "first batch" of software in about two months. Maybe by that time they will have made themselves a decent service.

  • September 8th: AllAdvantage will be raising the payable hours to 25 in October. Members averaged around $50 last month and some will be making over $5000 this month.

  • September 7th: Desktop Dollars says that their software will be available for download on the 13th. Like GoToWorld, the program will pay you for whatever you're doing as long as you're connected to the net. In other words, you could be using WordPad in Windows and still be getting paid. We'll be increasing their rating if the software is good, looks like this is one of the companies that will make it. See review here.

  • September 6th: PayBar.com (formerly FreeGamesNow) is now paying. It's not an unusually good program but the fact that they're sending checks is a plus. See the review here.

  • September 4th:
    • Added a new email service called Total Mail. Click Here for the review.
    • Added a new "online credit" service. They give you stock for signing up and referring people (among other things.) It's called, FunPoints.
    • With that done we are going to leave now and go see something called "The Reggae Revival Festival" for the next three days. We may never be the same again.

  • September 3rd: UtopiAD has announced that the "CashBar" will be available on September 29th. This info came from a press release so we're pretty sure they'll come through as planned. Now we're up to three (hourly) services that are actually paying. Woohoo.

  • September 1st:
