April 30th
  • There's a new paid email company out from TrafficJamit. It probably isn't going to get reviewed but a lot of people are excited about it so here's an overview and a link:

The program is called Pass It On. They plan to send out 25-75 paid emails/month and pay for 15 levels of referrals. Also, any member who refers 3, or more, people will apparently get a written guarantee that they will make $2000, or more, during one of their first 6 months.

Obviously most of the above isn't going to happen unless a few 1000 advertisers all simultaneously go insane. On the other hand, it doesn't mean that TrafficJamit won't end up working in one way or another. If you interested, you can sign up here

  • CatchARainbow is gone. All members who are still owed $10, or more, should be receiving a final check soon. Review removed.
April 28th
  • Just re-reviewed CommissionJunction. For those who don't know, they offer 1000's of affiliate programs for webmasters. One of the best. (review here)
  • The favorite paid surfing poll has ended. Spedia came in first, DesktopDollars second. You can see the results here. There is now a favorite paid email poll running on the main page.
  • The Get Paid to be Online Page now has it's own chat room at CashGlow. For those that don't know, CashGlow pays members to chat. So now you can get paid to talk about getting paid. Woohoo! See the review for more info.

  • As most everyone knows, a lot of people will do anything they can to cheat get paid companies. It isn't nearly as big of a deal as some people make it out to be but it does slow down the industry in general and forces companies to lower their rates. There is a new site out that is run by some former cheat software programmers. They plan to help get paid companies stop cheaters. Right now they have specific information about stopping one very popular cheat program that is used against CPC, paid visiting and click trading companies. Hopefully they will have more in the future. Help them get the word out by sending their url to any company that might be interested: http://www.stopcheaters.cjb.net.
April 27th
  • TheVines (paid article writing) is temporarily shutting down the payment and referral part of their program. We're gonna leave the review online because they plan to put it back online after some reoganization of the company. (review here)
April 25th
  • EarningForce has started sending paid emails. (review here)
April 24th
  • SurfUnit is offline. This is the quickest we've ever seen a, fairly well designed, paid surfing company go offline. Who was running that company anyway? Review removed.
  • SurfIsMoney (French paid surfing) appears to have started paying internationally. All payments are currently made in francs. (review here)
April 23nd

  • GetPaidToWatch has started sending paid emails. (review here)
April 22nd
  • The Hotrate (paid reviewing) review is now located in the Paid Writing section. If you haven't checked this one out yet, take a look. Also, if you're already a member you may want to check to see if your account is still open. The only downside of Hotrate is that they close your account if it is inactive for 90 days. (review here)
  • FunBug has gone offline. It may be temporary but, for now, the review has been removed.
April 21st
  • Not all that much going on in the get paid world over the last couple of days... That's okay with us. The Get Paid to be Online Page is going to go acquire a hangover.
April 19th
  • The Skeno (webmaster traffic, paid email and paid surfing program) software is now available to all members. (review here)

  • HTMail (The original paid email company) now pays members to receive regular postal mail as well. $.05/mail plus $.01/mail for referrals. (review here)
  • CyberTopper (paid email) is offline. They say it's server problems but it looks more like money problems. They plan to return so the review is still online. (review here)
April 17th
  • YellowBubble (UK paid surfing) has returned. Looks like they didn't die after all. It was just a minor coma. Not only are they back, they're now paying.
    (review here)
  • Our Paid Email section is now the Paid Reading/Writing section and includes reviews of companies that pay people to write articles and rate/review products, services, etc... Right now there're only three companies reviewed but there should be a couple more in a few days... We're waiting for one of the companies to get their back end straightened out. (Back end meaning server side scripting, etc... We don't care what their ass looks like. We are an equal opportunity review site when it comes to asses.)
April 15th
  • New paid visiting company out called eCashClicks. Already paying. (review here)

  • Just reviewed a very nice new multi-tier banner exchange programs for webmasters called TrafficJam. Don't miss this one if you're a webmaster. (review here)
  • Just re-reviewed a webmaster program called Skeno. Turns out they're not just for webmasters anymore. Not only can anyone win money and earn traffic by using their software (non-webmasters can earn traffic to their referral links for their favorite companies)... They also have a paid email program in the works that pays 100% for direct referrals. (review here)
  • Ignifuge Update: If you're still waiting for Ignifuge back payments... One visitor was able to get payment from them by emailing them and saying that if he didn't receive the money he was owed he would send a letter to the Belgium Ministry of Justice. Might be worth a shot. Before you try it, though, make sure you have a PayPal account and that one of your registered email addresses is the one you used with Ignifuge. Also, be nice, outright threats almost never get responses. Especially if you're not planning to follow through. Please don't use this information unless you actually will send the letter if you don't get paid. Good luck. :-)

  • Newest issue of the ezine is on it's way. If you're not subscribed you can get more info and/or read it on this page.
  • The SurfUnit site is down (for some areas of the internet anyway). Most likely they were doing server upgrades and something went wrong. Bob probably spilled coffee on the network hub again. (review here)

  • Here's a new paid surfing, email and searching company that launched a week or so ago. It's called CompanionBar and it's the net's first non-profit paid surfing company... They're the first to do it on purpose, anyway. (review here)
  • A warning about Gomez.com ... Like so many other affiliate programs before them, they have recently amended their TOS to include a clause that gives them the right to retroactively cancel a partners earnings. The clause is vague enough to allow Gomez to do this without necessarily having a sincere reason. Review removed.
April 4th
