Lots things have happened since the last issue. Most of them good. Free money is definitely here 
to stay.

Two bits of news at The Get Paid to be Online Page...

One of the domains that points to The Get Paid to be Online Page: ComputerIncome.net is for sale. We 
don't want anything crazy for it. It goes to the best offer we get by March 25th.

We have a new partner site called SurveysDownUnder.com. It's an Australian site that reviews all of 
the various paid survey companies that we don't. Very nice.

Lastly, there is a very nice new offer from Essential. They're not really a get paid company but 
they undeniably want to give you free money...

They'll send you a check for $25 for switching your long distance to 5.9 cents/minute from Qwest 
(one of the top 5 long distance companies). This can't be a bad thing since most people pay a lot 
more than 5.9 cents/minute for long distance.

They'll also send you $75 if you decide to switch both your long distance and internet access. The 
internet access is $16.95/month and comes with 5 email accounts and unlimited hours. 

There are not strings or hidden fees with either offer but you have to agree to stay a customer for 
6 months if you switch your internet access.

Alright, on to the news...

[Pay By Hour Services]

A lot of people expected paid surfing to be a thing of the past by now. It isn't. Rates are lower 
than they were a year ago and some of the original companies are gone but paid surfing is going to 
be around for a while.

Paid surfing deaths have slowed down since last issue... AllCommunity ended the paid surfing part of 
their program and GetPaid4 appears to be in coma. Other than that is't been pretty quiet.

On the positive side...

ClickDough is back (but with a temporarily high check minimum).

Spedia (the loosest of the paid surfing companies) is partnering with everyone. Members can have 
separate accounts with any of the various Spedia partners but the bars will not run simultaneously. 
Spedia'll partner with anything that walks but they're not into threesomes.

ePIPO has started paying members for current use as well as beginning to catch up with back payments.

Other paid surfing news since last issue: (oldest first)
~Coins2Cash is now paying and has added a paid email program.
~CoolWallStreet has a new site and redesigned program.
~New company: GuideSpace. Looks good but contains significant  quantities of BS.
~GoToWorld is still out there somewhere and their managers are still using profits to purchase crack.
~SurfUnit is paying.
~New company: EARNabled. Paid surfing from the Soundom people.
~CashFiesta cancelled a bunch of members for no good reason, sent out some bad checks, and just 
generally pissed everyone off. Looks like they're going to try to stick around though. You can see a 
letter they recently sent us on the news page (March 15th).

[Paid Email Services]

The paid email industry has been predictable for almost two years... Every month the established 
companies seem to improve just a little and there are always lots of new launches. We now have well 
over 50 paid email companies reviewed.

A lot of people aren't into paid email because, with most companies, it can take quite a while for 
someone without many referrals to build up enough for a check. What they don't seem to realize is 
that, during this time, all they're doing for the money is clicking an occasional link. 

News since last issue:
~New company: CyberTopper. Paid email and affiliate program.
~New company: EarningForce. It's MLM paid email. Had to happen.
~New company: RefRewards. From the RefMaker people. Very nice.
~EmailPaysU was hacked. A lot of member info lost.
~New company: GetPaidToSendEmail. Currently in pre-launch.
~New company: Dealerz. $1/referral.
~EmailPaysU redesigned their site and sent their first round of checks.
~New company: MailSweeps. 
~TrafficInfusion has added various new money making programs and 10 levels of referrals.
~New company: Ouah. Spanish paid email.

Probably the most interesting news here is that TrafficInfusion (paid email, surveys and games) has 
launched a credit card referral program similar to VivaRebates. Had to happen.

Other news since last issue:
~New company: ShareCash. Profit share based on referrals.
~OffShore has started qualifying members and will be paying soon. 
~ThePayLine was acquired by FitnessAge.
~A lot of people are saying that ThePayLine is a scam.
~A lot of other people are saying that ThePayLine probably isn't a scam.
~No one really knows but it should become really obvious in the next week or so.
~imandi referral program has ended.
~VivaRebates has launched. Members can now apply for cards.
~New company: SmartReply. Not bad.
~SmartReply has increased their referral rates. Very not bad.
~OffShore says bank accounts will be issued on April 1st.
~ShareCash launch delayed until May.

As always, more going in this section than any other...

Ignifuge has actually started paying members for back earnings. Nothing from them for over 6 months 
and then payments suddenly just start showing up. Same thing happened about a year ago. Weird 
company.

Other news since last issue:
~New company: MyDailyRaffle. Nice looking raffle and paid visiting.
~CashRadio has released their software. Should be paying soon.
~RadioFreeCash is paying but only in cash drawing entries.
~New company: ClickHunter. Paid visiting. $10 to sign up.
~New company: PeppysPointe. Paid starting/community. Very very nice. Already paying.
~ClickDough was hacked.
~New company: CompDough. C-A-C Network paid visiting.
~New company: SmutPoints. Get paid to look at stuff you probably don't talk about with your momma.
~New company: MySimpleCash. Get paid for everything.
~CashGlow now pays for up to 20 hours/month of chatting/playing.
~New company: LinkVantage. Nice paid visiting.
~LottoForever February rates were $.14/click. Best around.
~New company: InfoForCash. InfoRocket type company.
~New company: 1for1. Banner exchange for webmasters with 4 level referral program.
~MyDailyRaffle was hacked.
~New company: AdSwappers. Various traffic programs for webmasters.
~CashRadio lowered burn in time to 200,000 hours.
~CashPaidNow joined the C-A-C network.
~New company: TreasureSurfing. Paid visiting, shopping and signing up.
~PrimaRewards has a newly designed site and is looking very good.
~New company: MyClick. Paid visiting and start page.
~New company: SurvivorStakes. Paid game.
~EzClickThru has launched.
~CashRadio has extended their $.75/referral promotion.
~New company: SurvivorStakes. Great new paid game.
