Just about everyone should have the AllAdvantage viewbar by now. They say they'll be releasing it in Canada and the UK before the end of the month. They're planning to have the waiting time for new members down to one week by September 1st. Hopefully we'll see checks from GoToWorld soon as well.
This whole "pay to surf" thing is looking pretty good. It should just keep getting better. This leaves you, news list member, only one thing left to do... You tell them all. You tell the world. We believe you can do it, you ARE Spartacus. Don't let them tell you different.
There have been way too many new services coming out. Some of them probably won't make it, most of them will, though. Here are the new ones since the last news list two weeks ago:
FreeGamesNow (August 12th) - Not a very good service but they've survived so far, lots of members.
DesktopHorizon (August 14th) - Good service, about the same as some of the already established ones, better payment plan than some.
DesktopDollars (August 16th) - Pretty standard, nothing special.
AllCommunity (August 17th) - Looks promising, combines a little of everything.
ValuePay (August 18th) - Great company if you're interested in running more than one program at the same time.
Surfing2Cash (August 19th) - Doesn't look all that spectacular.
DotAd (August 20th) - Interesting twist, another good one if you're going to run more than one program.

It's been a good month for "pay to read" services too. The great thing about these is that you don't really have to do all that much to get paid (and they don't take up any screen space.) With some of them you don't even have to open the email. We suggest that you sign up for a new email account somewhere (Yahoo is good) and use that account exclusively for these services. That way they won't get in the way of your regular mail.
This month we've received paid emails from a few of the services listed on the "pay to read" page. Here are the companies that have come out since the last news list:
SendMoreInfo (August 14th) - Looks good, they start sending emails on September 1st.
Infopol (August 15th) - From Europe, accepting members from everywhere.
AllCommunity (August 17th) - Like we said above, a little of everything.

REFERRAL TIPS
You'll notice that these are pretty much the same tips as the last issue, they're for new members.
How do you get more referrals for the services that offer referral programs, without spamming? Well, first of all, you could try spamming. You probably won't get caught. We really don't recommend it because it is one of the more annoying things on the internet and the response rate is somewhere under 1%.
1) The first thing you should do is email everyone you know that won't get upset by the offer. Seems pretty straight forward but we thought we'd mention it because a lot of people haven't done it yet. The other reason we mention it is because you can now tell them that, no, these services are definitely not a scam. Now we've got proof that two of the "By Hour" and one of the "By Email" services have actually started to pay people. Also, don't forget ICQ/AOL Instant Messenger/Yahoo Messenger/ MSN Messenger. Might we suggest ICQs random chat feature?
2) Whatever you do, do it soon. There are literally 100s of 1000s of people a day signing up for these kinds of services.
3) Make a webpage. It's amazingly easy and it's a good place to send people who want to sign up. We'll be happy to help you with your page. You can find info about our free webpage offer for some of the "By Hour" services on our site.
4) If you can do it inexpensively, get the word out offline. The people that don't know about these services yet are people that have computers but don't spend a lot of time surfing the internet. We have a feeling they would if they knew they were getting paid for it.
5) Don't take anything too seriously. We think this is the number one problem in America today. We have done extensive studies which prove that taking things too seriously causes just about everything bad, including cancer. We also have evidence that suggests that it's responsible for the common cold.
