Welcome. Happy Spring. Life, in case there was any doubt, is good.

There have been some minor design changes throughout the site. Hope you like em. 

It's looking like a record month for traffic at The Get Paid to be Online Page. The online 
advertising industry is starting to recover from the crash late last year and the new, profit 
based, net economy has, slightly more conservative, money to spend. Just don't expect any more 
multi-million dollar referral promotions. Most start ups, sadly, don't want to give the majority 
of their venture capital to you anymore. You'll have to settle for advertisers money. 

Here's an interesting offer... It's not technically a get paid company but it's the ultimate in 
free.

CyberRebates has 1000's of products (a little of everything) that are 100% free after rebate. 
All you end up paying is, reasonable, shipping. The products, of course, cost a lot more than 
they usually would until you get your rebate check but that's what credit cards are for.

Yes, they are dependable. You always get your rebate checks.

[Pay By Hour Services]

Paid surfing has mostly been in a holding pattern since last issue. A number of dead company 
reviews have been removed. 

Here are the only two really interesting bits of news...

The bad... GetPaid4 software is still offline. According to them they're working on it. What 
they're actually doing, we think, is taking a deep breath and deciding where their company needs 
to go next.

The good... There's a new paid surfing company out called CompanionBar. They are the net's first 
non-profit paid surfing venture. They're doing this for the extra traffic they hope to get for 
their sister site BuildReferrals. You can't say much for their website design but they seem very 
commited to making the company work. It's probably not going to happen quite like they plan but 
we think they have a good chance of pulling it off in one form or another.

Other news since last issue: (oldest first)
~CashClickConcepts is no longer paid surfing. They are in the process of putting together a new 
program which should be showing up in one of our other sections later in the month.
~SurfMiles (UK company) is no longer paid surfing. 
~YellowBubble (UK company) is offline. No soup for the brits. ;-)
~Despite recent emails. BlueTree is still in beta. They appear to be trying for a record.
~AdViewers looks to be gone for good.
~FreeWebStuff is offline.
~Urge2Net has shuffed off the mortal coil.
~New company: CompanionBar. Non-profit paid surfing.
~SurfUnit site is currently inaccessible for most users. They should be back soon, however.

As usual, the world of paid email has grown since last issue. Like an internet marketing guru's 
ass, there seems to be no limit to it's expansion.

EmailPaysU has inspired a number of "me too" companies based on their lower rates, more paid 
emails, concept. Unfortunately the new ones have only perfected the low rates part of the picture 
so far. 

TheMail is now charging members to use their service. This is a humorously bad move on their part. 
Do they really expect people to pay for their web based email accounts when there are literally 
1000's of places to get web based email completely free? Review removed.

Other news since last issue:
~New company: AvaMail. Fairly standard.
~New company: MyCashEmail. EmailPaysU inspired.
~New company: Hits4Pay. EmailPaysU inspired.
~ZuperMail is no longer a paid mail account company. They've switched to standard paid email.
~New company: Interboss. Been around for a couple of months. Now sending fairly frequent emails.
~New company: EmailCashGiveAway. From the EmailPaysU people.
~ahMoola is now sending a decent amount of paid emails.
~New company: CashADay. Nice design. Already sending paid emails.
~According to the CEO, NetBiz back payments will be on the way by the 15th.
~Dealerz is back up and running and accepting new members. Currently running a referral promo... 
$1/referral on top of regular program.

Paid referring definitely isn't showing any signs of slowing down. If you haven't looked into 
these yet... Why not?

VivaRebates has fully launched. Members have to apply (just apply, you don't actually have to be 
accepted) for a card to qualify for referral payments.

Other news since last issue:
~SmartReply has started sending payments. It's a good one.
~TargetShop is now PlayNShop. They also appear to be smoking crack. Don't waste your time (or 
money) with them.
~Gomez.com has ammended their TOS to allow them to retroactively subtract member earnings if 
they happen to feel like it.
~New company: CStakes. $5/referral. Looks good.
~New company: EnergyFlow. Unique concept. Nice referral program.
~PayLine has officially launched. Looking less and less like the scam a lot of people thought it 
was. We still haven't decided if it's worth the membership fee, however.

Ignifuge Update: In the last issue we reported that Ignifuge had started making back payments to 
members. This was true. Unfortunately it was only true for a few people. The majority of members 
are still waiting.

PeppysPointe has ended their program. It turns out they weren't actually making any money. Their 
entire business plan was based around the hope that members would shop through their site. How 
did they get funding for a plan like that? In any case, it was a great program while it lasted 
(about a month). Almost everyone involved got a check.

We'd like to take this moment to express out deep appreciation for companies that secure large 
quantities of venture capital and then mail it to our visitors for no apparent good reason. We 
love you Peppy. You will be missed. (Cue the band.)

More new webmaster oriented programs than usual since last issue...

Other news since last issue:
~ProcessTree (paid processing) has completed their first paying job. More on the way. Looking 
very good.
~TrafficInfusion has changed their credit card program referral rates. Not as good as before but 
still fairly generous.
~New company: CashNanny. Paid visiting. Giggle. CashNanny?
~PrimaRewards has started making paid visiting and signing up offers available.
~New company: ClickThruTraffic. Webmaster revenue program. 
~Sha-Ring is now paying via PayPal.
~PlayBux has left on a midnight train to Georgia. No return ticket. Review removed.
~TwelveAway is offline. They plan to come back but don't hold your breath.
~Our friend ClickHunter is back. $10 to sign up. See the links page.
~New company: TradeMyPage. Nice new 4 level webmaster traffic program.
~New company: RichWebmaster. 10 tier revenue program.
~MyClick (paid starting) is back. Looks like one of the best right now.
~New company: Sol4Cash. Make money playing solitare.
~GamesBoro review removed.
~New company: CompactBanner. Revenue and traffic program for webmasters. Very nice.
~New company: WebmoneySurfing. Paid visiting.

deep. Still too new to be sure but looks good.

CStakes... Very straight forward program. These are harder to find than they used to be. 
$3/referral plus and extra $2 if your referral actually uses the service.

InfoRocket... Get paid $10 for every referral and $5 for everyone your referrals refer. Very 
impressive and still going after all this time.

without referrals.

CompactBanner... One of the best webmaster programs we've seen in a while. 

MyClick... Paid starting/visiting. Lots of potential.

Let's begin:

Q: How long will it take me to get insanely rich?

A: Depends on you. Probably two weeks. Some people take 
as long as a month.


Q: Does it take hard work or long hours to get insanely 
rich?

A: No. This is the internet.


Q: Can just anybody get insanely rich?

A: Yes. This is the internet.


Q: How do I proceed?

A: As you're surfing around the net you'll see banners
and links that say things like "Make Fourteen Million 
Dollars in Ninety Days, Click Here to See How!" Simply 
click the link to get started.


Q: It won't really take ninety days though, will it?

A: Don't be silly. They just say that so you'll be 
pleasantly surprised and so it doesn't sound like hype.


Q: Okay, I've found one that says "Retire to Your Own 
Caribbean Isle in One Month!" Is that good?

A: Perfect.


Q: What does MLM mean?

A: Nobody really knows. Morons Lose Money has been 
snidely suggested by the little-brains. 


Q: I signed up and now I sell low phone rates. They say 
it's the easiest thing to sell because everyone uses a 
phone. And since it's MLM, by the time my third level 
is operating I'll be making $345,915.45 per week.

A: Conservatively.


Q: They say the first step is to get my mother into the 
program. Why is my sponsor happy that Mom has 
Alzheimers?

A: Your sponsor is a shrewd business person. People 
with any sort of memory disorder make the best targ... 
uh, clients. You can switch your mother's long distance 
carrier for her, and then start calling the other 
members of her support group.


Q: That sounds a little fishy.

A: The ends justify the means. You are offering people 
substantial savings on long distance. It's for their 
own good.


Q: How else can I get new business?

A: Spam. Spam. Spam.


Q: I thought spam was bad.

A: No, spam is good. Anyone who says it's bad is just 
jealous because their brains are too small.


Q: But won't I lose my web host and ISP?

A: In the get-rich-quick business, it's important to 
cultivate a zen-like non-attachment to service 
providers.


Q: What else can I do to promote my new business?

A: Here's a list of suggestions:

-Sign up with a free website provider and fill your 
site with zany colors and flashy banners. 

-Join every free banner exchange. 

-Get your own free-for-all links page. 

-Join every opt-in email list with the word Money, 
Rich or Lackwit in the title. 

-Buy software that submits your site URL to the 15,000 
most important search engines. 

-Buy software that submits your ad to the 50,000 
most-read free classified sites. 

-Buy software that submits your link to the 100,000 
most popular free-for-all link pages. 

-Hire a bulk emailer. 

-Sponsor a golf tournament. 


Q: Okay, I've done all that and I'm still not rich. I 
haven't even driven my hitcounter to its knees yet. 
What am I doing wrong?

A: It's possible that you're not very bright. Consult 
one of your friends who has retired on their internet 
earnings.


Q: What if I don't have any friends who have retired on 
their internet earnings?


A: Then contact someone on the internet who has retired 
on their internet earnings.


Q: What if I've never heard of anyone retiring from 
their internet earnings?

A: Well, then maybe you can be the first.

Q: You're pulling my leg, right?
