- It's beginning to look like Clicks4EasyCash has become the best paid visiting program available. Completely international, good rates, 6 levels of referrals. If you haven't seen it yet, take a look. (review here)
- CompanionBar (paid surfing) is under new management with a new launch scheduled (tentatively) for November 1st. The previous owner plans to stay involved.

- There have been a couple of new non-CAC paid email companies in the past couple of weeks with similar rates to low end CAC companies. We won't be reviewing them and recommend that you don't support them. (Nothing personal if you happen to be the owner of one of them, it's just that they're cheapening the industry... 1/10th of one cent for referral emails isn't going to be getting anyone a check during this decade).

- HTMail (paid email) has made some changes to their payment rates. These changes are definitely for the best and make HTMail the most generous paid email company on the net. (review here)
- Updated webmaster revenue program... OnResponse. One of the best. Lots of programs, generous rates, 10% for referrals. Join

- CStakes has changed their referral program. Members now get $.01 each time one of their referrals plays a game (up to $5/referral). Programs as generous as their previous one don't last forever. They're still one of the most interesting paid games/sweepstakes sites on the net, though.

- Because of the large quantity of new CAC paid email launches lately we are no longer reviewing CAC companies with unrealistically high payment minimums and low rate referral programs. That said, here are two new ones...
- EarnCashEmails is a fairly nice program with a low minimum and decent ref rates. PayMe2Read just barely passes because of a $5 payment minimum. Neither publish personal rates. (reviews here)
- TrafficFlare (new start exchange traffic program) has changed their ratio from 5:1 to 3:1. This is very generous because the referral program gives members a 3:1 ratio 6 levels deep!. Join here.
