January 31st:
  • GoToWorld is running a referral contest starting February 1st and ending February 15th. The member who refers the most people during that time wins $1000. The next five top referrers get $100 and the next 100 get $20. If you're not already a member you can find a review and sign up link on this page.
  • BannerUnion has started paying. Unfortunately there is no software. You have to surf using a frame that you can launch from your member page. There's a review and link on the Pay By Hour Page 2.
January 29th:
  • There's a new "paid surfing" company from the UK called YellowBubble. Nifty flash powered website but they've got a lot of bugs to iron out. They plan to pay internationally. Review and link on the UK Page.
January 28th:
  • ColorStamps will be running a sweepstakes from Jan 28th till Feb 6th. All you have to do to enter is be a member. During this time, two winners will be picked each day... here's what they'll win... First Prize: A Hewlett-Packard Jornada 690 Handheld PC, approximate retail value $999! Second Prize: One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100.00) There's a review of ColorStamps and a sign up link on this page.
  • ExtraSalary seems to have had some problems with their member database. Only some members info was lost so you'll have to go to their site and try your login. If it doesn't work... send them an email and they'll give you instructions to fix your account.
  • PayDate has announced that they will extend their sign up incentive until the paying software comes out. This means that new members will continue to get $5 just to sign up. PayDate, as the name implies, is a new company that will pay people to use their online dating service. Review and link here.
  • We haven't told you this in a while, so if you were wondering... Yes, The Get Paid to be Online Page still thinks you're sexy.
January 27th:
  • A new company just came out that will pay members to listen to the radio over the internet. It's called RadioFreeCash. Review is on the Cash/Surveys/Games/Etc. Page.
  • Spedia will now be paying any members who surf for 2, or more, hours on 20 days in any given month 20%-50% higher payrates. They have also released a new version of the SpediaBar which, hopefully, will fix some of the crediting problems. More info about Spedia on this page.
  • We've heard that AllAdvantage is planning to start paying people in the following countries next month: Japan, Sweden, Norway, Finnland, Denmark, Ireland, Holland, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria and Switzerland. There's no way to be sure about this, though, they haven't made any promises. AllAdvantage review here.
January 26th:
  • There a new paid email program that will be paying for some other things as well. It's called MiracleMail. There's a review on the Paid Mail Accounts Page.
January 25th:
  • HTMail recently started a referral program for their "paid email" service. They were actually the first company to come up with the idea of paying people to read, just slow adding a referral program. They have also started sending a lot more emails lately than before. Looks good. There a review and link on this page.
  • The "paid surfing" company SurfAD recently upgraded their system and brilliantly lost all of their member information. Previous members will have to re-sign up. On the plus side, though, their service has been greatly improved. There's a good chance they'll make it. Our review and a sign up link are on the Pay By Hour Page 2.
  • We've confirmed it, mValue does plan to pay members for surfing time starting yesterday. You need the newest version of the software to get paid. If you haven't signed up yet, or want more info there is a review here.
January 24th:
  • It's official, Net4Biz is sending checks. Other than AllCommunity, Net4Biz is probably the best "paid email" type service right now. One of the plusses is that you can make a decent sized check without having all that many referrals. Review and link on the Pay to Read Page.
  • Fixed some link problems on the Pay By Hour Page. The links to the sub categories now work.
January 23rd:
  • There's a new "paid surfing" company called ClickDough that looks pretty good. Review on this page.
  • A reminder... There's a service on the Online Credits Page that will give you $10 cash to sign up and $10 for everyone you refer. (It's called PayPal.)
  • Reviewed a new cashless auction service called Rocket8. See the review on this page.
  • PayBar has released a new version of their software, it's much better than the first one. The PayBar review is here.
  • Fixed some navigation problems throughout the site.
January 20th:
  • BannerUnion says that they will be releasing their software today to all members. They're ranked 2300 or so amoung the top sites on the web. Our review is on this page.

January 19th:
  • New "Credits" company called MultiKredits. Members can get paid for reading mail, visiting websites, shopping, trial offers and more to come. They pay $1 for direct referrals and $.50 for indirect referrals up to 5 levels deep plus a percentage of credits earned by referrals. The review and sign up link are on the Credits/Etc. Page.
January 18th:
  • mValue is going to start paying on the 24th of this month and members still have until the 23rd to refer 8 members and get a $100 cash prize. You can sign up from the review here.
  • ValuePay is giving away an Apple iBook Laptop every day this week in their lottery. See the review and sign up from this page.
  • Our review of TwistedHumor has been removed from the Credits/Etc. Page because they've lowered their affiliate rates so much it's not really worth joining.
January 17th:
  • New company out called WebMillion. It's a free online lottery that will pay you if your referrals win. Review and link here.
  • DesktopDollars will be giving out cash prizes to the members who surf the most before February 15th. Details in our review.
January 16th:
  • Desktop Horizon has announced that credits (currently redeemable for merchandise from various businesses) will be redeemable for cash as well after the first couple of paying months. The review is on this page.
  • CashMap has started posting the first payments and has some new payment options. See our review here.
  • iWin has added some new games and other new ways to get paid to their site. Review and link on the Credits/Surveys/Games/Etc Page.
  • Universal Science has started posting payments to members accounts. Sign up or get more info from this page.
January 15th:
  • Newest issue of the NewsList went out today. See a copy on the Newslist Page.
January 13th:
  • There's a new Hong Kong based "paid surfing" company called AdsHouse. See the review on the Non-English Page.
  • CashSurfers has started sending checks. They've proven themselves to be one of the good ones. Review on this page.
January 12th:
  • New company out called PayPal that will give you $10 to sign up and $10 for everyone you refer (up to $1000.) Review and link on the Online Credits/Etc. Page. (Note: It looks like they're having server problems so you might have to wait till tomorrow to get to their site.)
  • ValuePay is behind on their release dates but the "Piggy" software is now available to a large part of current members. Our review of ValuePay is here.
  • ePilot sent out their first batch of checks to members today. You can get more info about ePilot on this page.
January 11th:
  • New service out called AdSavers. They'll pay you to run screensavers and give you up to $10 per referral. Review on this page.

January 7th:
  • The Surfing2Cash website has been down for a while now but should be back up in a few days.
  • AllAdvantage currently has 700 Mac viewbars in beta testing. We don't know when they'll release it publicly but it should be soon.
January 6th:
  • The "paid email" company HTMail now has a referral program. Our review and a link are on the 'Get Paid To Read' Page
  • AllPaidFor has announced that the member who refers the most new members in the month of January will win 1,000,000 points. They are also giving members a 1000 point bonus for every person they refer until January 13th. The AllPaidFor review and link are on this page.
January 4th:
  • We've reviewed a new and incredibly uninteresting "paid surfing" company called ViewDot. Unless you like to sign up for all new programs, we suggest that you don't bother. The review is on the Pay By Hour Page 2.
January 3rd:
  • We've got a long list of new companies to review. Check back later today and tomorrow and we should have some new ones listed. We've been running into a lot of server and script problems with some of the new companies. Looks like they rushed things a little bit.
  • New company called imandi on the Credits page that will pay you cash to refer new members.
  • Just reviewed a great new revenue sharing paid email program called Resource-a-day. They are running a promo until January 15th. If you refer 10 members then you win a 3 day 2 night trip to Las Vegas or one of 19 other spots. Refer 10 more and get up to $500 in cash, coupons, meals, etc. for your trip. More info on this page.
  • If you didn't already know, PayBay recently tripled their rates and will soon be launching a paid email program that pays on 16 levels. Also, International members can get paid as of December 25th or so. These guys are starting to look good. Review and link here.
January 2nd:
  • Welcome to getting paid online in the year 2000. This should be a record month for new services and we'll be making some changes to our site as well.
  • AllAdvantage announced yesterday that they had some problems getting checks out last month but that they started sending the November checks on December 30th.
