Esearch has been around since 1996 and runs surveys fairly often. Their incentives are usually multiple cash drawings and occasionally other prizes. They also give each member who participates in an internet survey an "honorarium". Unfortunately this isn't really explained on the site. Can't be a bad thing though. Available internationally.
Option ads launched in late November, 2001. They pay members for completing paid surveys, reading email and receiving ads on their SMS enabled cell phones. Rates are $.02 for each ad/email received or survey taken plus $.025 for direct referrals ads/surveys, $.01 for second level, $.005 for third, $.0025 for fourth and $.0012 for fifth level referrals. They also pay $1 for each referral that refers at least one person. Program is completely international.
SpiderMetrix is a unique sort of paid opinion service that doesn't take itself quite as seriously as the rest. SpiderMetrix was originally based in Australia and now has an additional presence in Europe. Members are paid to take internet surveys and/or evaluate websites. Small (quickie) surveys pay anywhere from 1-10 points (see below for cash value) and full surveys pay between 20 and 50 points. They also run contest surveys that pay 50, 30 and 20 points to the top three best responses. The current conversion rate for cash is 1 point = $.08 to $.10 (depending on how many points you cash in at once). The conversion rate for online money is 1 point = $.06 to $.105. Signing up is worth a total of 6 points if you complete your profile and take the trial survey. Additionally, members are receive 1 point for each survey completed by a referral. International.
GreenfieldOnline Greenfield Online is one of the oldest internet based paid surveys services. Members are entered to win $2000 just for joining. Thereafter each survey taken earns free products and/or chances to win cash or prizes (values range between $500 and $2500). Currently available in the US only. Note: Some members have recently reported problems getting payments from GreenField.
